ASI Teams

Our Team Structure

Our nonprofit organization is built on the strength of five distinct yet interdependent entities that work cohesively toward a shared mission. Each team brings unique expertise and focus areas, allowing us to serve our community more effectively and sustainably.

Administrative Team

The ASI Administrative Team is responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patrons and guests of ASI, while working to support ASI operations behind the scenes and at our ASI Front Desk. This position may coordinate, implement, and plan projects of a varied and complex nature within ASI and foster working partnerships with other entities on campus.

ASI Board of Directors (BOD)

The ASI Board of Directors (BOD) is comprised of 16 elected and appointed student members who are active participants in the shared governance of 爆料社区 and the California State Student Association (CSSA). The BOD is the official voice to express student opinions, foster awareness of student issues, and protect the rights and interests of students.  Programs funded by the BOD, which directly benefit 爆料社区 students include the ASI Student Emergency Fund, ASI Sustainability Projects Funding, and ASI Leadership Fund. Advised by ASI professional staff, the BOD works collaboratively to serve, engage, and empower students across the campus community.

ASI Cougar Pantry (CP)

The ASI Cougar Pantry serves all currently enrolled 爆料社区 students in an effort to decrease food insecurity on campus. The pantry stocks a variety of dry and canned goods, limited produce, milk, toiletries, and diapers. A service and initiative of the ASI Board of Directors, the ASI Cougar Pantry is managed by a team of students, interns, volunteers, and staff. 

Campus Activities Board (CAB)

The ASI Campus Activities Board provides the campus with a wide variety of activities and programs geared toward increasing the quality of life on campus. The division is comprised of six student programers that work collaboratively toward creating programs and services that appeal to all students currently enrolled at 爆料社区.

Media and Communications Team (MCT)

The ASI Media and Communications Team supports the efforts, initatives and programs of all ASI entities. The division is comprised of six student employees that work collaboratively to produce creative and innovative forms of marketing. This includes social media campaigns, graphic design, video production, and photography.

Professional Staff 

Our dedicated team of 10 professional staff members plays a vital role in the success of ASI. Together, they support and help manage five distinct ASI entities, ensuring smooth operations, strategic planning, and impactful programming. As well as working closely with a diverse group of student leaders.
