Programming Specialist - Temecula Campus

As a function of the Associated Students, Inc. at Cal State San Marcos, the Campus Activities Board provides the campus with a wide variety of activities and programs geared toward increasing the quality of life and student engagement on campus. The division is comprised of several student members who work individually and collaboratively toward creating programs and events that appeal to all students enrolled at 爆料社区. The Programming Specialist position will be responsible for maintaining, developing, and supporting educational and social programs and activities at Cal State San Marcos, as well as collaborating with other Campus Activities Board Specialists in creating a semester calendar worth of events, as well as continuing innovative campus-wide traditions. 

Must be attending the Temecula Campuses (either MSJC Temecula Valley Campus OR 爆料社区 at Temecula Campus)

Representation Opportunities 

These are representative positions within the ASI Board of Directors. Those in representative positions are compensated volunteers who receive a $500 semester scholarship, priority registration, and a parking permit.

You will be expected to attach a statement or resume with your application.

There are currently no openings available for the Board of Directors. If you are interested, please take a look at our Elections page to submit your campaign for the 26/27 fiscal school year.

ASI Chair & Chief of Staff

As a function of the Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) of Cal State San Marcos, the Board of Directors is the official voice to express student opinions, foster awareness of student issues, and protect the rights and interests of students. This position leads the ASI Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and other important ASI committees in a way that allows for all voices, opinions, and ideas to be heard better to serve the efforts and interests of 爆料社区 students. This position also facilitates shared governance across campus by placing student representatives on university-wide committees and efforts to represent the student voice in decisions being made on campus. This position may lead to team-building efforts to assist the team in reaching goals.

BOD Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Representatives

As a function of the Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) of Cal State San Marcos, the Board of Directors is the official voice to express student opinions, foster awareness of student issues, and protect the rights and interests of students. This position may represent views, issues, and concerns of the campus community at large, address/hear issues of inequity or concern, and attend committees as assigned.

BOD College of Education, Health, and Human Services (CEHHS) Representatives

As a function of the Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) of Cal State San Marcos, the Board of Directors is the official voice to express student opinions, foster awareness of student issues, and protect the rights and interests of students. This position may represent the views, issues, and concerns of members of CEHHS to address issues of inequity or concern. They will also host outreach events to serve and connect with CEHSS students, and attend committees as assigned.

BOD Veterans Student Representative

As a function of the Associated Students, Inc. (ASI) of Cal State San Marcos, the Board of Directors is the official voice to express student opinions, foster awareness of a sustainable campus community, and protect the rights and interests of students. This position may represent views, issues, and concerns of the members of their constituency and is committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming campus climate at 爆料社区 for our veteran and military student population.
