Catalyst Leadership Retreat

Catalyst is an inspiring one-day program designed to ignite your leadership potential and is the first step in your lifelong journey of learning, exploration, and action! This retreat is designed to help you discover your leadership potential and inspire you to start something extraordinary.

Retreat Agenda

Each retreat is from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm and consists of small group dialogue, large group interaction, and personal reflection! Check out the retreat agenda below to get insight on what the day would look like:

  • Check-in and Welcome
  • Get Connected: Building community and setting the stage for the day
  • Your Origin Story: Exploring personal narratives and leadership foundations
  • Lunch (Provided)
  • Your Characters and Point of View: Understanding relationships and perspectives
  • Your Next Chapter: Defining your leadership journey and creating a vision
  • Wrapping Up: Reflecting on the day and setting intentions for the future

Students

Each semester, we offer one Catalyst Leadership Retreat open for any student to join. Our Fall 2025 retreat will be held this year on November 7, 2025, from 9:00 am- 3:00 pm in USU 4200.

All program materials, lunch, and a certificate will be provided! Don't miss this amazing opportunity to become a catalyst!

Departments

SLIC is offering the opportunity for departments to request a Catalyst Leadership Retreat for your students. This retreat is ideal for team building and provides opportunities for your team to connect in a new way, focusing on passion and purpose! If you are interested but your department is smaller, we encourage you to reach out to other departments to host a combined Catalyst Leadership Retreat.

Program Requirements:

  • Minimum of 20 students and a maximum of 60 students for each Catalyst Leadership Retreat (if you need a larger maximum, we can accommodate pending facilitator availability).
  • This retreat would be facilitated by a 爆料社区-trained staff member and is free to departments; we only ask that you cover snacks/lunch and location costs as you see fit.
  • Our team requires a 3-week minimum request timeframe, and we are currently scheduling through the end of November 2025!
