University Village Apartments

University Village Apartments (UVA) offers a premier on-campus living experience designed specifically for First-Year Students attending 爆料社区. This newly renovated, apartment-style community features a variety of room options within beautifully designed apartments that include a kitchen and private bathrooms. Strategically located on campus, UVA provides the perfect balance of independence and collegiate support. Residents benefit from the convenience of optional meal plans while living just steps away from classes and student resources.

  • Fitness Rooms

    There are two fitness rooms located at UVA.

    Cycling Room: C Building - 230 

    Cardio Center: D Building - 350

  • Laundry Rooms

    There are nine laundry rooms located at UVA. Each floor in each building at the UVA has 1 laundry room, these individual laundry rooms are serviced with two washers and three dryers.

    Laundry is included in the cost of Housing - all you need to bring is soap!

     

  • Pool Area

    There is a resort-style beach entry pool at UVA, a spacious sun deck, and poolside chaise lounges. 


Common Spaces

UVA Common spaces are used for events, meetings, studying, and lounging around. All UVA residents key cards will grant access into these spaces (except Lounge, TV Area, and Classroom). To reserve these spaces contact the front desk.

  • TV Area

    The TV area is equipped with a large TV and sofas. 

    Located at the community building. 

  • Classroom

    The Classroom is equipped with classroom style seating for 25 people, a projector, screen, speakers, and a computer. 

    Located at the community building. 

  • Game Room
    The game room is located in B Building - 112 and includes foosball and billiards. Equipment can be checked out from the front desk.
  • Study Rooms

    There are four study rooms located at UVA:

    B Building - 212 and 312

    C Building - 230 and 250

  • Basketball & Bocce Ball & Putting Green Courts
