University Village Apartments

University Village Apartments (UVA) is on-campus housing built in 2003 and fully renovated in Summer 2018 with new counter tops, furniture, flooring and paint. Home to 680 residents, these furnished apartments include full kitchens and bathrooms. UVA offers, single, double, and triple bed space options.

The QUAD

The QUAD is affiliated* campus housing which originally opened in Fall 2012 and was completed in Fall 2014. Home to 856 residents, The QUAD offers modern, furnished apartments with stainless steel appliances plus flat screen TV's in each living room. Floorplans inlcude: quad (four person occupancy), triple, double, deluxe double, single and deluxe single bed space options.

North Commons

North Commons  is an affiliated* campus housing community which opened in Fall 2022. This state of the art, suite style complex will be home to 356 residents. North Commons will offer 7 floors of modern suite style living, phenomenal views of campus, and will host the San Marcos Experience (SME) residential learning community. Located next to the Campus Way Cafe. North Commons is the perfect choice for future 爆料社区 Cougars!

Amenities

All amenities are shared between all 爆料社区 Housing residents. Your apartment key will grant you access to spaces specific to your property only.

• All Utilities Included
  All utilities are encompassed within the total cost, alleviating the need to collect payments from your roommates for the water bill! The included utilities comprise water, trash, gas, electricity, sewer, and internet.
• On-Site Maintenance
  Maintenance services are available on-site from Monday to Friday to address any work orders you may require. Additionally, we have maintenance personnel on-call to handle any emergencies that may arise.
• Campus Police
  The University Police Department (UPD) provides support for residents while also patrolling the surrounding communities.
• Fitness Rooms
  The University Village Apartments (UVA) features a dedicated cardio room and a cycling studio. Additionally, the QUAD houses a fitness center equipped with a range of cardio machines and weight training facilities.
• Laundry Rooms
  At the University Village Apartments (UVA), there are a total of nine laundry facilities available, two located at The Quad and one at The North Commons. All machines are self-service, and the cost of using these facilities is incorporated into the overall housing fee.
• Residential Education Staff
  We have a total of 45 Community Advisors (CA's) and 5 Community Directors (CD's) who live on-property among the residents. They are here to support the residents through the transition to college life, as well as being a resource to get involved at 爆料社区. Our Community Directors are full-time professional staff who have a Master's Degree in some field of Higher Education.
• Activities & Events
  All communities offer educational and community building activities and events held by the Community Advisors (CA's).
• Packages

  All communities have a mail and package system. At The QUAD and The North Commons, there are electronic package lockers through Parcel Pending. At the UVA, you would pick up all packages from the Front Office.
• Individual License Agreements

  All communities provide individual license agreements, indicating that each agreement is tailored specifically to the student. As a result, our residents are solely responsible for their own payments and not for those of their roommates.
