Payments

All Housing charges will be posted to the student鈥檚 My爆料社区 account. This means:

    • With the exception of the $100 Administrative Fee paid when submitting the initial housing application, all Housing charges will be paid directly to 爆料社区 through the student鈥檚 Student Financial Services account.
    • Financial Aid will be applied to Housing costs (after any outstanding tuition and campus fees have been paid), which may reduce the amount owed for Housing.
    • All Housing charges and payments will be conveniently located in one place through the student鈥檚 My爆料社区 account.
      The annual housing rate is divided into 8 installments (4 installments per semester). Housing installment due dates align with 爆料社区鈥檚 payment schedule, allowing for one convenient payment plan.
    • No Housing installments are charged in December or May.
