North Commons
North Commons is a first-year residence hall for first-time students attending 爆料社区. This community offers suite-style room options with in-room private bathrooms in the North City neighborhood, conveniently located next to the new Extended Learning building, Campus Way cafe, and various shops, cafes, and recreation activities located in North City.
North Commons rooms do not have kitchens and students placed in North Commons are required to select a meal plan as part of their room & board package.

There are common area study spaces on all floors.

Limited access, must reserve based on availability.
- BBQ GrillsThere is one grill at The QUAD
Location: Courtyard by the pool.
BBQ Grills are for staff programmatic use only. Residents are not permitted to use grills.
- Fitness Center
There is one fitness center located at The QUAD.
Includes: Elliptical, Treadmills, Weights, and Cycling

- Laundry Rooms
There is one laundry room at North Commons
Location: First floor.
- Pool
There is one pool at The QUAD.
Includes: ADA Access, Sun Deck, Seating, and Fire pit

Parcel Pending
North Commons utilizes Parcel Pending as our package management system. All residents will be required to sign up for Parcel Pending if they plan to receive mail at North Commons.
