MANAGEMENT
The CSTEM Professional Mentoring Program is designed to engage undergraduate students with STEM industry professionals.
"It's an excellent program for those who follow through with it. The ability to ask questions of someone in industry who is not directly tied to my place of employment let me ask questions I wasn't willing to ask colleagues. For example, what is the etiquette around accepting a job offer and then declining it for another?" -Mentee, 2022-23
If so, you are now ready for a professional mentorship!
Mentees will be matched with a working professional and decide together on when and where to meet for at least 1-2 hours a month. It will be your responsibility to coordinate meetings with your mentor.
Mentors will be matched with a student whose educational or professional interests align with their own and will decide together on when and where to meet for at least 1-2 hours a month.
Are you are professional at any level of a STEM (or STEM-related) career and interested in being paired with an undergraduate student mentee? Be part of our initial match by registering before September 22, 2025!
