Additional Employment

Steps for completing the CSTEM AE Request Form:

1.  Faculty is offered work.

2.  Faculty completes the CSTEM Additional Employment (AE) Form (updated 12/1/2023), which  will initiate the college approval process.  Faculty member will need semester/dates, scope of work, funding source, workload for the offer, and amount of compensation.  These are often found on the offer of work.

3. The CSTEM Dean’s Office Analyst will review and calculate workload percentage.  If workload is available, the analyst will initiate the Additional Employment Disclosure Form (AEDF) for signature in Adobe Sign.  The completed AEDF indicates college level approval to move forward with the work.  If the workload is not approved, CSTEM Associate Dean will notify faculty.
