Big Bang and Little Bang Workshops
Join us for a series of five insightful workshops that will help you launch a successful venture. Led by industry experts, you will learn best business practices and gain valuable knowledge, no matter what your field. These Zoom workshops are free and open to the public, so reserve your spot today. All workshops take place from 12-1:30 PM.

Startup Support with Springboard
Connect's signature advising program, Springboard, actively guides innovation companies that seek external funding to fuel their rapid expansion. The program's flexible and customized model, notably no-cost and no equity, prepares founders with strategic guidance for an effective capital-raising campaign. Many Springboard companies have become Connect Cool Companies, and several were among the first recipients of recent investments made by the TL Fund. With an expansive track record, Springboard companies have raised $3.28B in capital since 2005.
Fast Pitch Finale 2025
April is Riverside County Innovation Month, a showcase of innovative companies throughout Riverside County. This high-energy finale brings together ten standout startups from five regional Fast Pitch Competitions, showcasing the best in innovation and entrepreneurship.
Enjoy hors d’oeuvres and a no-host bar during the cocktail hour, then watch as these visionary entrepreneurs pitch their ideas live for a chance to win $20,000 in cash prizes—and a coveted spot at the Startup World Cup, where they’ll compete for $1,000,000 in equity.
It’s an evening of bold ideas, meaningful connections, and the future of startups—all in one place!

SDIC Innovation Showcase 2025
Save the Date for the 2025 SDIC Innovation Showcase on Wednesday, June 11th at the Alexandra Tech Center!
There will be an exciting lineup of programming for the day, including:  Keynote from Jack Gilbert, a renowned researcher at the Scripps Institution of Oceanography and cofounder of BiomeSensem, a Commercialization Success Story from Jose Morachis, cofounder of Nanocellect Biosciences, the Panel on AI Innovations for Wildfire Prevention where you can explore how AI is transforming disaster response with a dynamic panel including Neil Driscoll and Ilkay Altintas, and the Startup Pitch Sessions to discover how startups are tackling real-world challenges with bold ideas and fresh thinking.
