Quick Pitch Competition
Our Spring 2025 Quick Pitch Event was held on:
Wednesday, April 23, from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM
Participants are challenged to showcase their entrepreneurial spirit at the Quick Pitch competition, hosted by the Innovation Hub each semester! Inspired by the hit TV show "Shark Tank," this exciting event invites students from diverse academic backgrounds to present their innovative business ideas. It is a platform where creativity knows no bounds, and participants have the opportunity to impress a panel of judges with their pitches.
The Quick Pitch competition is your chance to shine and turn your dreams into reality. Join us each semester for an electrifying experience that celebrates innovation and fosters the next generation of visionary leaders.
The Innovation Hub’s Quick Pitch Competition awarded a winning student or student group and runners up with cash prizes!

- Submissions are due: Thursday, April 10, 11:59 pm (midnight)
- Submission Evaluations: April 11-13
- Participants are notified if they are a finalist: April 14
- Selected finalists to attend the Quick Pitch Workshop, Wednesday, 4/16 at 1pm at the Innovation Hub
- Participants selected for the finals PowerPoints are due: April 22 at 11:59 pm (midnight)
- Quick Pitch Competition: Wednesday, April 23, from 5:30pm – 7:30pm, The Innovation Hub, ELB 102
- Submissions are due: Thursday, April 10, 11:59 pm (midnight)
Meet the Spring 2025 Winners
- Paul Angulo and Pawiiy Linton won 1st place for their mobile app proposal, "Native Roots".
- Gerladine Ferraren took 2nd place with her plan for safe housing, "Serenity Agape Love."
- Ariella Dodig​ placed 3rd for her clothing brand called " Lattus Apparel."
