    No. This program is designed to be face-to-face, and you must be prepared to take all classes on campus. In-person collaboration with your instructors and peers enhances the business analytics learning experience.

    The ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø MSBA is a full-time, accelerated program that can be completed in 1 year (33 units total). The program consists entirely of required core courses with no electives. 

  • When does the program start?

    The program follows a cohort model starting only in the fall term. 

     

  • Is a specific undergraduate degree required?

    No specific undergraduate degree is required. However, successful candidates should have strong technical aptitude with training in statistics, calculus and computing. The program attracts students from various backgrounds including business analytics, computer science, economics, industrial engineering, mathematics, software engineering and statistics. 

  • Are standardized test scores required?

    While applicants are welcome to submit standardized test scores, GMAT/GRE waivers may be granted to prospective students who meet any of these criteria: 

    • GPA of B (3.0) or better in the last 60 graded semester units from a WASC-equivalent university
    • Successfully completed undergraduate or graduate-level courses in mathematics, statistics, data analysis or other quantitative disciplines
    • Hold a master's or doctorate degree in a quantitative field
    • Have minimum 3 years of substantial work experience in supply chain management, analytics or similar fields 

    If you would like to submit your standardized test scores, they should meet the following standards: 

    • GMAT scores: Minimum total score of 500, 30th percentile in verbal and quantitative sections, 4.0 in analytical writing and integrated reasoning
    • GRE scores: Will be converted to comparable GMAT scores using the GRM Comparison Tool
