Enrollment Process for Current ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø Students

  1. Check your email: You’ll receive details on your enrollment date and time from the registrar on March 10th (you may also review your enrollment appointment/date in your Student Center at this time)

Enrollment Date Requests

If you would like to enroll in summer classes and do not have an enrollment date, you must request one. To request an enrollment date, please contact the Office of Academic Advising. If approved for a summer enrollment date, they will also assist with questions related to selection of summer courses. 

Non-±¬ÁÏÉçÇø Students

Summer enrollment for non-±¬ÁÏÉçÇø students opens on April 30. Non-±¬ÁÏÉçÇø students include students at other universities, students who previously took classes at ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø but are not currently enrolled, qualified high school seniors and community members. Up to 24 units taken as a non-matriculated student may be counted toward a ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø degree.

Enrollment Process for Non-±¬ÁÏÉçÇø Students

  1. Quick Admit Form: Complete the

  2. Explore Courses: Review available courses via the 
    a. Prerequisite Verification 
      1. Non-±¬ÁÏÉçÇø students who need to verify they have met the prerequisite(s) for a course, email the following to el@csusm.edu: transcript (official or unofficial), ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø student ID, class subject/catalog and CRN.

Advising

±¬ÁÏÉçÇø Extended Learning and Non-±¬ÁÏÉçÇø Students

Summer advising is available for ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø Extended Learning and non-±¬ÁÏÉçÇø students.
