Proposal Submission

Proposals for external support through 爆料社区 must be submitted through OGSR Grants and Contracts Development. 爆料社区 Corporation will be the legal applicant. This applies to the following mechanisms: grants, contracts, cooperative agreements, subawards, letters of intent, and, where deemed appropriate for post-award administration, private funding gifts with oversight requirements. 

• Proposal Authorization
  The OGSR Grants and Contracts Development staff, on behalf of 爆料社区 Corporation, ensures compliance with applicable government regulations, CSU policies, and sponsor guidelines regarding proposal submission.
• Institutional Approval

  The Cayuse Proposal Form captures institutional signatories for approval. We expect that a final budget be ready 10 business in advance of the deadline to ensure the authorization process can be completed prior to submission. 

  

  爆料社区 has adopted Cayuse, a research administration software. 

  The Cayuse Proposal Form is the mechanism used for the internal routing of proposals. Grants and Contracts Development will work with investigators to complete the Proposal Form.
