1.1: Continue to hire and develop faculty, staff, and students.
1.2: Continue to provide ongoing culturally competent and culturally intelligent professional development.
1.3: Improve access of OUGS programs and services for first-generation and low-income students.
2.1: Inventory OUGS personnel and staffing needs across all three functional areas.
2.2: Collaborate with campus partners to clarify, align, and streamline student success roles across campus.
2.3: Expand capacity in all three functional areas with strategic personnel growth.
2.4: Increase training for faculty, staff, and student employees to enhance their holistic understanding of ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø students.
3.1: Promote OUGS services and approaches to the campus community.
3.2: Explore and pursue external funding opportunities to support OUGS programs and services across all three functional areas.
3.3: Continue supporting cross-divisional grant writing and advancement for student success and retention.
3.4: Develop shared training for peer educators across campus.
4.1: Develop education campaigns around OUGS’s key HIPs: First-year seminar, service learning, and civic engagement.
4.2: Continue to support HIPs across campus, including but not limited to undergraduate research, internships, capstone courses, and the common read.
5.1: Develop and implement an academic support network for ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø undergraduates.
5.2: Develop guidelines and standards for services in Learning and Tutoring Services.
5.3: Increase student utilization of LTS.
5.4: Develop and maintain partnerships with Academic Support and faculty, through both academic departments and the Faculty Center.
5.5: Publicize and promote LTS through regularly-updated data narrative.
5.6: Continue collaboration with Student Life Centers.
6.1: Establish First Year and University Programs (FYUP) as the coordinating body for the First- Year Experience.
6.2: Establish FYUP as the coordinating body for Academic Notice support.
6.3: Improve outcomes for students in foundational Writing and Mathematics courses.
6.4: Explore Transfer Student Success needs and opportunities.
6.5: Explore Second Year Experience needs and opportunities.
7.1: Inventory Service Learning across campus.
7.2: Streamline the vision and plan for integrating Service Learning into curriculum.
7.3: Increase the number and diversity of service learning courses offered across campus.
7.4: Inventory Civic Engagement across campus.
