About EOP
Mission
The mission of EOP is to provide access, retention support services, and lifelong
skill development for historically under-represented and financially disadvantaged
students that will lead to their bachelor鈥檚 degree.
Vision (in progress)
EOP is currently updating its vision to better reflect our commitment to equity, student
success, and inclusive support. Stay tuned as we continue to evolve and grow with
our community.
Values

and we do this with compassion and care.

team, program and university.
- Innovation: The use of creative thinking in support of programming and collaborations. Encouraging

and leveraging ideas.
