Mission: Building Indigenous careers through culturally-grounded professional development and career excellence.

Current Focus: Comprehensive program integrating AIS coursework with contemporary professional pathways, leadership training through ILEAD, and environmental stewardship.

Indigenous Climate and Environmental Collaborative (ICEC)

Mission: Integrating Indigenous knowledge into climate solutions for a sustainable future.

Current Impact: Aiden Valverde working with Carlsbad Fish and Wildlife Service on butterfly conservation, bridging traditional practices with state conservation efforts.

Indigenous Leaders Empowerment and Development (ILEAD)

Mission: Developing the next generation of Indigenous leaders across multiple sectors.

Current Success: Justin Littledeer interning with Native American Caucus of California Democratic Party, representing student voice in state politics.

PL280 Training Program

Mission: Two-day certificate program educating first responders about tribal jurisdiction and sovereignty.

Impact: Training law enforcement professionals on domestic violence, tribal protection orders, and public safety.
