Cultural Committee Formation
Establishment of a Cultural Committee functioning like an Institutional Review Board (IRB) to create procedures and guidelines for ethical handling of cultural resources.
Community Engagement
Comprehensive workshop series and activities engaging Luise帽o/Pay贸mkawichum communities, educating them on digital archive access and utilization while raising awareness of Southern California Indigenous cultures and traditions
Documentation & Best Practices
Periodic reports documenting the committee's progress, challenges, and insights, creating a blueprint for future community-based collaborative cultural preservation efforts
