Transfer Important Deadlines

Spring Term Admission:

  • August 1 - August 31: Apply to ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø at  
  • October 1 - March 2: File your
  • October 15: Initial document deadline - submit all official documents (transcripts, test scores, letters of non-attendance)
  • December 1: Deadline to submit your Intent to Enroll and non-refundable $150 deposit
  • January 15: Deadline to submit final official documents (transcripts, test scores, letters of non-attendance) with summer grades. NOTE: This is not a postmarked deadline. Documents must be received on, or before, this deadline.

Fall Term Admission:

  • ASAP, within 2 weeks of ‘You’ve been Admitted to ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø’ email, or by June 15: Deadline to submit your Intent to Enroll and non-refundable $150 deposit.

    • ASAP, within 2 weeks of ‘You’ve been Admitted to ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø’ email, or by June 15: Deadline to submit your Intent to Enroll and non-refundable $150 deposit.

  • If you applied May 1 - June 16, 2025 - Late Applicants
    • April 1 – June 16, 2025 *extended deadline*: Apply to ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø at  (Please note: Nursing program and Second Bachelor's programs closed on December 2, 2024; Electrical Engineering and Business closed on April 30, 2025.
    • October 1 - March 2: File your 
    • ASAP and within 2 weeks of ‘Thanks for applying to ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø’ email :Initial document deadline - submit all official documents (transcripts, test scores, letters of non-attendance).
    • ASAP, within 2 weeks of ‘You’ve been Admitted to ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø’ email, or by June 15: Deadline to submit your Intent to Enroll and non-refundable $150 deposit.
    • July 15: Deadline to submit final official documents (transcripts, test scores, letters of non-attendance) with spring grades.  NOTE: This is not a postmarked deadline. Documents must be received on, or before, this deadline.

 

*±¬ÁÏÉçÇø does not defer admissions and does not allow for a leave of absence during the first semester. If you are unable to attend ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø for the term that you applied to, then you would need to reapply for a future term that you would be able to attend.
