Housing Information

California State University San Marcos is proud to offer Summer Intern Housing for companies, businesses, and individuals seeking housing for their local internship!

Summer Intern Housing includes a private bedroom in an apartment with a full kitchen where they will have the opportunity to live with other interns.  All utilities are included as well as access to on-site amenities.

Parking Information

A 爆料社区 paid parking session is required at all times while parked on campus.

Parking enforcement hours: 7 days a week/24 hours a day.

Overnight parking is located at on campus. Parking rates will be published in Spring 2025, and can be purchased by day, week, month, or full summer.

Intern Housing Checklist

Move in this summer in a few easy steps!

  1. Submit an inquiry. Let us know who you are and what you're looking for.
  2. Provide the required documents & information. Once you receive the follow-up, submit the required documents and information.
  3. Sign your license agreement. You'll receive a license agreement via DocuSign with your Intern Housing cost and relevant information to your move-in.
  4. Move in! As we approach the beginning of summer, we'll be emailing you more information on your room assignment, parking, payment information, and more.
