President's Outstanding Graduate Award
The President鈥檚 Outstanding Graduate Award honors one exceptional graduating student each year for their exemplary contributions to both their field and the university. The recipient is chosen from among the winners of the six Deans' Awards, which include: College of Education, Health & Human Services; College of Arts, Behavioral and Social Sciences; College of Business Administration; College of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics; Graduate Studies; and the Dean of Students Award for Outstanding Student Leadership.
President Neufeldt will announce the winner of the 2024-2025 President鈥檚 Outstanding Graduate Award at the Dinner and Ceremony on May 2, 2025.

The 2023-24 President's Outstanding Graduate

On the evening of Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at the President's Outstanding Graduate Award Dinner & Ceremony, President Neufeldt announced graduate student, Jocelyne Dates, as this year's President's Outstanding Graduate from the Deans Outstanding Graduate Award recipients.
The 2023-2024 Deans Outstanding Graduate & Leadership Honorees
Each honoree receives a Dean's Award medallion, certificate, and alumni membership in recognition of their achievement. The President's Outstanding Graduate is awarded the President's Award medallion and a $1,000 cash prize.

Nick Melanese, the esteemed recipient of the Student Leadership Award for the 2023-24
academic year, bestowed by the Dean of Students, was unable to be present at the President鈥檚
Outstanding Graduates Award ceremony due to his commitment to represent 爆料社区 in Distance
at the CCAA Championships. In lieu of this, his accomplishments were celebrated at
the Student Athlete Award Banquet. Dr. Viridiana Diaz, the Vice President for Student
Affairs, had the honor of presenting him with his well-deserved medallion and certificate.
