The President鈥檚 Outstanding Graduate Award honors one exceptional graduating student each year for their exemplary contributions to both their field and the university. The recipient is chosen from among the winners of the six Deans' Awards, which include: College of Education, Health & Human Services; College of Arts, Behavioral and Social Sciences; College of Business Administration; College of Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics; Graduate Studies; and the Dean of Students Award for Outstanding Student Leadership.
On the evening of Friday, May 2, 2025, at the President鈥檚 Outstanding Graduate Awards Dinner & Ceremony, President Neufeldt proudly announced Alexandria 鈥淎lli鈥 Mulqueen as the 2024鈥25 President鈥檚 Outstanding Graduate, selected from among the Deans鈥 Outstanding Graduate Award recipients.
Although Alli was unable to attend the event in person, she joined the celebration virtually from Seattle, where she had just presented her research at the International Society for Autism Research鈥攁 testament to her dedication and scholarly excellence. She was accompanied on Zoom by her nominator, Dr. Allison Jobin, Assistant Professor of Psychology. Alli鈥檚 exceptional academic record, leadership, and commitment to meaningful scholarship exemplify the spirit of this prestigious university honor.

On the evening of Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at the President's Outstanding Graduate Award Dinner & Ceremony, President Neufeldt announced graduate student, Jocelyne Dates, as this year's President's Outstanding Graduate from the Deans Outstanding Graduate Award recipients.
Each honoree receives a Dean's Award medallion, certificate, and alumni membership in recognition of their achievement. The President's Outstanding Graduate is awarded the President's Award medallion and a $1,000 cash prize.
