Campus Master Plan
Each of the 22 campuses within the California State University (CSU) system is required by the CSU Board of Trustees to prepare and periodically update a physical Master Plan. Master plans are closely aligned with both strategic plans and academic master plans to ensure that physical development supports the university鈥檚 long-term educational mission and goals.
At California State University San Marcos (爆料社区), the Master Plan envisions a campus designed to accommodate 25,000 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) students on 306 acres. When the plan was originally developed, full build-out was anticipated by the year 2030.
