Program Overview

The Fully Employed MBA (FEMBA) program at ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø is a general MBA degree designed for working professionals. It delivers a broad foundation in business leadership and management while offering the flexibility needed to balance career and personal responsibilities.

Delivered in a hybrid format, classes meet on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays, with both virtual and in-person attendance options. The program spans five consecutive terms, beginning each Summer, and is structured for completion within 18 months.

In the first year, students take two courses in the Summer, three in the Fall, and three in the Spring. The second year includes two Summer courses followed by an intensive final Fall term with five courses. Coursework includes strategic management, leadership development, interactive workshops, networking opportunities, and a capstone master’s project — all designed to develop practical business skills and meaningful professional connections.

Coursera Access & Certificates

As a unique value-add, students enrolled in MBA courses will receive full access to Coursera, giving them the opportunity to earn industry-recognized certificates from top institutions and companies. This access begins upon enrollment and continues for one year after graduation, allowing students to enhance their skills at their own pace and stay competitive in a dynamic job market.

Convenient Hybrid Class Schedule

Classes meet on Wednesday evenings and Saturdays. Students attend virtually for two Saturdays per five-week course.
