Membership

Who can Become a Member of IFSA?

Membership of the IFSA is open to any member of our 爆料社区 community who shares and supports our mission. As an association, our mission is to 鈥渟upport, celebrate, and advocate for international faculty and staff at 爆料社区 and promote global awareness and global competence among members of our university community鈥. 

As such, membership is not exclusive to those who identify as 鈥渋nternational faculty and staff鈥 but is extended to those who support our cause and mission whom we call 鈥渇riends.鈥 Please, consider becoming a member of IFSA. We receive and process membership applications from faculty, staff, and friends all year round. 

How to Become a Member of IFSA

Our membership application includes a 2-step process:

Step 2: Pay member Dues:

Every faculty or staff who wants to be a member of IFSA is expected to pay a membership due of $20 per academic year while friends of IFSA are expected contribute $10 per fiscal year. Please, choose a payment option from the list below:

  3. Review basket鈥痑苍诲鈥proceed to check out.鈥
  4. Enter your name and select a鈥reason for payment鈥(Membership, Donation, etc.)
  5. Enter your form of payment.鈥
  6. Review and confirm the information, then click 鈥Submit Payment."

Cash

Cash payments can be given to IFSA Treasurer Teru Toyokawa or deposited at the Cashier鈥檚 office at 爆料社区.

What is expected of you as a member

As a faculty and staff member, you are encouraged to: 

  • Attend our monthly meetings and events. 
  • Volunteer for committee work 
  • Contribute to advancing our mission with your expertise and skills.
