Event Request Planning Form

Please review the following before submitting a request: Event and Conference Services does not accept external requests submitted less than 8 weeks in advance or from new clients during February - May or October due to the high volume of campus and student-focused events. All requests must come directly from the hosting organization; we do not accept submissions from third-party event planning firms.
