Other Fees

• Registration and Materials Fees
  A non-refundable fee to be paid upon securing spot on waitlist: $75/child or $100/family
  A non-refundable fee to be paid upon registration: $115/child or $165/family

  A materials fee to be paid annually in August: $115/child

• Discounts

  Only one may be applied:
  Sibling discount – 10% off oldest child’s monthly tuition.

  Care Select – 10% off your child’s monthly tuition on select partner companies based on employer.

• Summer Program Fee
  Only for Jr. Preschool, Preschool, and Pre-K: $110/child due every June
• Center Closures

  If a holiday falls on a weekend, it will be observed on either the preceding Friday or the following Monday. The school will be closed on the following days, in addition to the 1 week between Christmas and New Years:

• Center Hours

  Monday - Friday: 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m current hours open

• Tuition Payments

  The tuition schedule has been established to provide your child with the best possible care at the most reasonable cost to you. Tuition is paid online through our parent portal at Kindercare.com and can be automatically deducted from your checking account or credit card. A late payment fee of $60.00 will be charged to all unpaid accounts if tuition is not paid by the 15th of the current month.  Non-payment of fees may result in mandatory withdrawal of your child(ren) from the center. 

  There will be no refunds or credits given for absence, illness or vacation, regardless of the duration.

• Late Fees
  There is a late fee of $2 per child per 1 minute for children picked up after center closing time.
• Withdrawals & Schedule Changes

  To serve as many families as possible, we require a 30 day written notice when you decide to make a change in your child’s schedule or withdraw your child from the program.

• Insufficient Funds

  There is a fee of $25.00 for insufficient funds.

Assistance Programs

CCAMPIS Child Care Access Program

The ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø Center for Children and Families is proud to partner with the U.S. Department of Education to offer the ±¬ÁÏÉçÇø CCAMPIS Child Care Access Program (CCAP), which is intended to provide child-care tuition subsidies to student parents based upon financial need.

Child Care Aware (Military Families)

CCF partners with Child Care Aware of America. The organization subsidizes a portion of the tuition for military/DoD families that qualify under their program. Please visit the  to learn more.
