New, Transfer and Returning Students
Who is a Sponsored Student?
A student with a scholarship from an outside organization, usually a home government, embassy, or company. A Third-Party Billing agreement is established between 爆料社区 and the sponsoring agency. Sponsors provide their grantees with a financial guarantee letter specifying what educational costs they will cover. 爆料社区 invoices sponsors directly for these costs.
