Julian Parra is a financial services executive with over 35 years of experience in commercial banking, capital markets, and wealth management. He is the founder of Parra Strategic Advisory, a firm dedicated to empowering business leaders and organizations through values-driven leadership, financial innovation, and growth strategy. Julian recently served as the National Head of Commercial and Industrial Banking at Western Alliance Bank and previously held senior leadership roles at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.

A proud advocate for social mobility, workforce readiness and inclusive economic development, Julian is deeply engaged in the San Diego community. He serves on several nonprofit boards including Junior Achievement of San Diego County, the County of San Diego Black Chamber of Commerce, and the CSU San Marcos Foundation. He is past Chair of the San Diego Regional EDC. Julian holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BBA in Finance from Loyola University Chicago.
